Steps to Enrolling
in Medicare:

  • It all starts with a call! When you are turning 64 ½, give us a call. Whether you plan to retire or continue working, we can meet to explain the steps we will take together on your Medicare journey. We’ll help you meet important deadlines, review your options, and secure the right coverage.

  • At your first appointment, we will determine when to have your plan in place and review your prescription drug needs. Since we are local, we can direct you to the plans that best fit all of these needs.

  • We will help you sign up for Medicare in our office. No need to spend your valuable time on hold trying to sign up, when we can help you quickly. We will take care of you and make sure your Medicare Parts A & B are handled.

  • You may not realize all of the options available to you with Medicare plans - it’s easy to get overwhelmed by what is available! We are here to help. Medicare is our specialty and sole focus, and you can rest assured you have our agency on your side.

  • We pride ourselves on taking the time to discuss your options so you understand exactly what you are getting with the plans and drug coverage you have chosen. However, our service does not end there. Whenever you have questions in the future, we will help you answer them! We are always here to help you and make you feel confident in your Medicare insurance protection.

  • We recommend coming in for an annual review to determine what may be changing year to year. We like to review new features and benefits of the plan you currently have and sometimes make recommendations to move to a different plan that may better suit your upcoming health needs.
